TLG is an advertising agency specifically focused on the medical industry. They approached Revelry to create a new call center software platform that would allow customers to take on a more diverse set of clientele and rapidly scale their business revenue without scaling headcount. They had a need to tie into the Five9 call center application to accept patient calls for scheduling.
The team at TLG was already stellar at converting calls into appointments, but wanted a scripting and appointment-setting CRM that fit with how they already operated. The new software would have to account for multiple call operators trying to book the same time slot for an appointment at the same time. Revelry built the application from the ground up, and added a personality profiling tool for the TLG operators to improve call quality. The new TLG tools took 6 months to complete, and the company regularly taps the Revelry team to add new features to their implementation. Revelry delivered a simple system that can turn anyone into a master appointment setter with just minutes of training.
