A born planner with deep skill in all the things that make a plan executable, Heather loves all the delivery-centric “p-words”: possibility, prioritization, planning, and, of course, people. As such, she is charged with ensuring Revelry is prioritizing efforts between various programs in ways that leverage market trends, team expertise, and time to market; ultimately delivering the highest business value. Additionally, she leans in to fill key roles as ideas incubate and find their footing; this currently has her leading ProdOps.ai.
Heather’s background in helping companies scale elegantly and efficiently through unprecedented growth phases is significant. Previously, she served both Gap Inc. and Macy’s Enterprise Technology Portfolio, organizing Williams-Sonoma’s agile transformation, Old Navy’s Self Checkout program, an enterprise-wide portfolio planning process for Macy’s Inc., and the macys.com three-year growth strategy.
A certified SCRUM Master and enthusiastic champion of all things Agile, Heather recently relocated from San Francisco to New Orleans and is embracing everything the city has to offer, including a lot of great biscuits.
