Originally from New York, Ross fell in love with New Orleans in the 8th grade when his family took a trip down for Jazz Fest. He studied architecture at Tulane University, where he learned to express creativity through functional design.
Upon graduating, Ross pursued a passion in cooking and spent three years working in kitchens throughout the city. Seeking a new challenge, Ross started learning JavaScript in his spare time. He found that web development -- much like architecture and cooking in restaurants -- is all about solving problems. In 2022, he left Commanders Palace to study software engineering at the Flatiron School.
Ross joined the Revelry team in November 2022 as an engineering apprentice. He's comfortable being uncomfortable, and embraces the mantra "fear is the mind killer". When not at his desk, Ross enjoys building lego sets, shooting hoops, and stealing cuddles from his cat, Fish.
