Revelry Venture Partners (RVP) is a seed stage-focused venture capital firm dedicated to fueling mission-driven founders who are striving to solve global-scale challenges. We are comfortable investing pre-launch, pre-hype, and pre-everyone else.
Investment Spec: $250,000 to $500,000 initial investments in pre-seed and seed stage rounds for technology startups founded in the United States (U.S.) and Canada.
Technology Oriented: We seek teams building at the convergence of mission critical workflows and emerging technologies – including artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), and Web 3 / blockchain – with the potential to radically reshape foundational industries and improve societal well-being.
Thematic Focus: Technological advances that promise significant, tangible impacts on the world and fundamentally transform how we live, learn, work, and interact with our environment.
RVP Leadership
Peter Liu, Managing Director & Co-Founder, Revelry Venture Partners
Peter Liu is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of RVP. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build epic businesses and has done so repeatedly through his role with RVP, as well as through tenures with The Idea Village, VentureUP (which he founded), Pritzker Group Venture Capital, and Global Shaper. Peter is a Kauffman Fellow (Class of 2021) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and management from the University of Virginia.
Gerard Ramos, CEO & Founder, Revelry
New Orleans native Gerard Ramos has been working on the web for nearly two decades. He founded Revelry in 2012; Revelry Startup Studio in 2018; and Revelry Venture Partners in 2020. Gerard (“G”) is a self-taught developer and passionate entrepreneur always up for a challenge. He’s a regular on local and regional panels focused on entrepreneurship, the role of technology in supporting and growing the economy, and what’s new and next in digital innovation. When he’s not on the web, you will find him sailing open waters, fishing the south Louisiana bayous, building things, traveling, and urban farming.
