PJ, originally from Yonkers, NY, moved down south to New Orleans in 2009 to attend Loyola University. Drawn in by the music and culture of The Big Easy, PJ decided to stay in New Orleans, and worked as a full-time Audio Engineer, until March 2020. After being furloughed due to the pandemic, and looking for a new career direction, PJ began his foray into software by learning Python, followed shortly after by HTML, CSS and Javascript.
In April 2021, PJ began his time at Revelry as a Software Engineer apprentice, learning the ways of Elixir, Phoenix and LiveView. Three months later, he started as a full-time Software Engineer.
When he's not slinging code, you might find PJ playing his guitar, climbing boulders at the Boulder Lounge, or riding around town on his motorcycle.
