Team Augmentation for an E-Commerce startup.
Weblinc has been in business for over 20 years, and processes millions of dollars weekly in E-Commerce transactions for growing retail brands. The company recently raised a Series A round of funding to rapidly expand their existing E-Commerce solution. Revelry was used to quickly add engineers in order to scale up development efforts. Weblinc regularly uses up to 6 engineers on different initiatives, and they’re able to scale up or down based on current needs.
Revelry started working on various plugins for the Weblinc Platform, but now does implementations as well. This ongoing project is unique in that not only has Revelry worked on the actual core E-Commerce platform, but also works on client implementation teams. Revelry engineers are embedded directly into existing teams using daily stand ups, Slack, and onsite visits to Weblinc’s Philadelphia HQ.
For this project, Revelry engineers were able to partner seamlessly with a large existing application and team.
Revelry works well with any fast-growing startup, which is good, and we wanted that… and [they] are very skilled in Ruby on Rails.
