Dani Delorme

Dani DeLorme is Vice President of People Ops at Revelry, where she is charged with managing and coaching the People team and – alongside other Revelry leadership – developing and driving the company’s people strategy. Dani joined the team in 2022 and brings experience and expertise in employee engagement and strategic alignment. She thrives on supporting high-functioning teams and working to transcend the traditional HR stereotype, instead focusing on partnership across all departments and at all levels in an organization. Prior to joining Revelry, Dani served as Director of People and Culture at Stratasan; Senior HRBP Associates at Cape Cod; and Director of Human Resources at Petine. She holds certifications in HR deliverables, International Event Management, and Holistic Health, all of which she attributes to her approach to leading a People function. In her spare time Dani can be found collecting records with her husband, enjoying nature on Cape Cod, snuggling her two furry babies, and riding her Peloton.
