Cedric Johnson arrived by Revelry by way of many stops in the service industry. For eighteen years, he was line cook, prep cook, dishwasher, barista, server, bartender, busser, and occasional expeditor. In 2012, he attempted to shift careers to banking. Banking, as it turns out, was not his forte. As he headed back into the service industry in 2014, he decided to begin classes. Starting at Delgado, he graduated from there in 2016 with an Associate of Applied Science in Programming. After a failed internship attempt, he continued schooling at Tulane University School of Professional Advancement, where he graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Applied Computing, minoring in Applied Design. Shortly before the end of his schooling, he began as an Apprentice Engineer at Revelry. Cedric was born in Pineville, LA; raised in Jennings, LA; attended high school in Natchitoches, LA; and avoided Monroe like the plague. He had a brief stint in the U.S. Navy from 1996 to 1998, completing basic training at Great Lakes, IL (never had he known a cold such as a Chicago winter) before moving on to Orlando, FL. Following this brief service, he moved to Baton Rouge, La; where he began his service industry career. His interests include varying types of music, sports, outdoor festivals and indoor concerts, travel, and most things food and beverage.hybridized504
